About Bronwyn Linquist
Sage Consulting is led by Bronwyn Linquist, a strategic executive leader with over a decade of experience leading organizational transformation, governance modernization, workforce strategy, and complex public service delivery across Yukon.
Bronwyn has worked extensively across public sector, Indigenous, community, sport, and federally regulated environments, advising senior leadership, Boards, and governance bodies on high-profile initiatives involving organizational change, intergovernmental coordination, operational transformation, and long-term sustainability.
Her experience includes executive advisory leadership supporting government transformation initiatives, emergency response leadership during Yukon’s COVID-19 response, governance and operational design for community and housing initiatives, organizational development within federally regulated environments, strategic partnership development involving territorial, federal, and Indigenous governments, and workforce modernization and organizational restructuring initiatives.
In addition to leading Sage Consulting, Bronwyn currently serves as Executive Director of the Whitehorse Glacier Bears Swim Club and supports major initiatives involving governance, strategic planning, funding strategy, workforce development, and community capacity building.
Bronwyn is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, executive judgment, political awareness, and ability to build trusted relationships across sectors while leading organizations through complex and high-stakes environments.
